Filmed over two years in Emerald Park (previously known as Tayto Park), this full access behind-the-scenes series follows the trials and tribulations of building Europe’s largest intertwining steel roller-coasters, an ambitious vision that required a €22-million-euro investment from its late Founder, Raymond Coyle. 

Nerves of Steel is a captivating 4-part documentary offering an exclusive glimpse into the making of the Emerald Park’s highly anticipated Tír Na nÓg development which includes two new-state of the art intertwining rollercoasters which are part of its first fully themed and immersive land.

Due to open May 2024, the state-of-the-art coasters called, Na Fianna Force’ and The Quest’ will be the longest intertwining family and thrill coasters in Europe, offering an unparalleled rush for thrill-seekers seeking the ultimate adrenaline fix!

It is more than just a behind the scenes documentary—it’s a testament to the power of teamwork, passion, and perseverance of the Emerald Park team in continuing and completing the ambitious vison of its late Founder, Raymond Coyle.
